What we do
We provide remote virtual assistant services (administrative support). We do not provide regulated professional advice and we do not handle client money.

Service terms (summary)
Engagement & plans
- Flexible hour packs (monthly) or pay-as-you-go.
- Introductory rate: £8.95/hour for first 3 months; thereafter our current standard rate (see Pricing).
- Change or cancel hour packs with 30 days’ notice.
Deliverables & limitations
- Operational/administrative tasks only (no regulated advice, no on-site work).
- We act with reasonable care and skill; SLA targets are indicative and depend on access/instructions.
- You remain responsible for approvals and final decisions.
